Langtons Infant School Safer Recruitment Statement
It is our aim to ensure safe and fair recruitment is conducted at all times whilst promoting the welfare of all of our pupils.
Everyone at Langtons Infant School, including the governors and volunteers, undergoes appropriate safer recruitment checks, including a DBS.
All of these checks are recorded on the school’s Single Central Record (SCR). When appointing new members of staff, at least one member of the panel has accredited Safer Recruitment training.
